The sender of the shipment will be informed on the status of the shipment. The sender will be asked to contact the recipient of the shipment to facilitate the delivery of the shipment as we keep the goods in our warehouse.

Another attempt to deliver the goods will be initiated within 24 hours. If the delivery is not successful, the shipment will be returned to the sender at no extra fee.
